  • @ioanonissimo This workout was part of a much larger strength and conditioning program for General Physical Preparedness (GPP). On it's own, this workout is really just about conditioning. The mid-weight deadlifts are a good gut-check, and the double unders are a nice way to practice a skill while fatigued. You won't build much strength doing a workout like this, but you can build "gas" through a 3-6 minute time domain...which is actually how long an MMA round is correct?

  • what is this good for ?? core building? strenght or power /speed??
