With Debenhams secured as anchor tenant and construction now underway, Multi Development UK Ltd together with joint venture (JV) partners Morley are working with Bath & North East Somerset Council on regenerating Bath's SouthGate area. The development will rejuvenate the southern quarter of the City, which will significantly enhance Bath's retail, leisure and residential offer and underpin its role as a regional retail centre, major tourist destination and World Heritage Site.

The proper alternative to mock Georgian is actual Georgian, not modern. All architecture after 1850 reeks of desperate barrel-scraping.

They knocked it down because it was ugly, old, falling apart and not worthy of being in any city.

I think they should have gone for a more innovative design than Mock Georgian. I like the city's historical architecture but there is nothing worse than cheesy Mock Georgian!

What were they thinking of when they cam eup with the design for that bus station thingy? I live in Bath and i am 12 years old. I think they should put like a bowling alley or somewhere for e and my mates to hang around after school, coz the sports centre is only opn on weekends to us like when we can get there.
