Drum Solo At E3

****RockBandParts with my help has now put together an Ultimate drum kit that allows you to use it in game as well as real drums. It uses the brain you hear in this video. Check it out at.

This was a little solo for everyone that has not seen me play by myself. I also wanted to show that you can create a drum solo just by using a straight beat. A lot of solo's start off just like this one. I also drop my stick at the end.

This is also testing out the Roadie upgrade kit for the Ion set. I will do it again in my home sometime soon as the sound will be different and give you a different feel for what it will really sound like in your house. Keep in mind we were in a huge convention center with a lot of open spaces. This will make it sound different and maybe worse then what it would sound otherwise

Drumset I was using is the Ion Drum Rocker. The components that turned it into a drum kit is the Roadie Upgrade Kit. All of these things can be found at:

@ludwigdrummer521 accents and dynamics although the game does not recognize it because I am a veteran drummer for over 30 years and this is how I play. If you were any kind of drummer worth his salt, you would know that everything i just said about Rock Band is true! Pro mode just enhances drums and they are the most realistic in a game period! I am done with this conversation I have given you enough of my time!

@ludwigdrummer521 Oh yeah one more thing since you brought up a game. When it comes to Rock Band it has a ton of fundamentals when it comes to drums. Up until the keyboard the drums were the most realistic instrument because you are really playing patterns. Sure it is still a game but you are drumming for real. Top drummers all over the world has made this same statement and since you want to talk about dynamics, if you ever watch any of the videos I put up of Rock Band. you will see I play

@ludwigdrummer521 Drumming is all about Dynamics all the time and if you do not know that every time a drummer picks up a stick somehow somewhere he is playing some king of a rudiment, then you have ALOT to learn! I think you should try telling this to someone who has no experience because they may care about what you think as for me I don't! Over 13,000 views and you are the only complaint? I wonder who sucks and who has it wrong!

@ludwigdrummer521 How VERY Wrong you are! First know what you are talking about BEFORE you run your trap!! First of all Roadie who I was with was there to not only show off gear for Rock Band but also their REAL GEAR!! Can you not see two stages one hooked up with live drums and another for a game? Second ever hear of a warm up? I think I have been playing longer than you and have been in many bands and on many records! Just so happens I was warming up for a couple of things we were set to do

@CenasCorner Hmmm, not quite sure where to start with this but here we go. I realize that speed does not make a good drummer, learned that when i was like 8. A real drummer would have some sort of structure to their solo, have some sort of rudiment in there, play with dynamics, or actually groove. I see none of these things in here. And people were at E3 to watch you play a GAME, not attemp to play "real" drums.

Just because someone does not go at 100 miles an hour like you think they should for a solo means nothing! So I suck but I was at E3 and had hundreds of people watching exactly what I was doing and more when Calin and I played together. So in the words of DX SUCK IT!
