Pick up that can, citizen!

"I believe it's a security violation and I can have you arrested."
This airport cop is a buffoon! If you're going to threaten arrest he should at least know his own stupid rules.
Abuse of authority through intimidation? Illegal search and seizure? When he came around the corner, you should of responded, "achtung, sieg heil!"

You should change the name of this video, he didn't steal it,
He was wrong in his temporary seizure of it, but he didn't steal it

The officer/security guard should be arrested.

@dcapba1 Don't feed the Trolls. And airports are public property. Airlines are a private business; that is quite a different thing.

Time for a national Film day.

Sue and if the courts do as the will, nothing, got next level.
What none of you seem to realize is that the Nashville International Airport where this video was shot has its own rules and regulations about recording on its premises. Their policy is that no recording can be done with 50 feet of a security checkpoint without permission. Once the person taping this video was given permission to film at the checkpoint, the officer returned the camera to its owner.

@dcapba1 No you're correct about the rules, the airport is a private business and they can set what ever rules they please. Hell you agree when you walk into an airport to give up your constitutional rights!! The deal is the officer didn't know his own job. The guy wasn't holding a gun for gods sake. The best solution would have been to have called a supervisor over and it would have been solved without threats or intimidation.

@policebusters I don't get why they have fucking police officers which I possibly ignorant assume are funded by the city in a private business taking people's stuff? That seems kind of strange to me.

@XforeverlongingX Because most people are cowards and they don't stand up for their rights. If someone took something from a person on the street, that person would be a coward and call the police. If a police officer takes something from you, what do you think the normal coward person would do? Nothing!
I don't get it either, where I'm from if you stole from someone you pretty much put you life on the line.

TSA seems to need to do a better job at training their officers. In my book theft of my personal property will get you shot in the head!
