The enemies that you encounter at the start of this mission gave me absolute HELL the first time I played this. I found out that when their electric shield goes down, use Lucifer (a Devil Arm you get later in the game) to put a LOT of darts in him and then detonate them. That way, to deplete almost all of his health very quickly.
