Debra Hampton is a popular dance instructor specializing in the New York style hustle dance. On October 1, 2011, a special dance was held at the Hacienda Hotel, near the Los Angeles International Airport, to celebrate and give a tribute to10 years that she has been teaching this style of disco dancing at the Hacienda. Several couples, who have taken lessons from Debra, performed some hustle dance routines for the pleasure of those who attended and danced.
