New Years Cocktails: Toast of Time Square

It's time to prepare for the final days of 2011, and we are doing it with citrus vodka and champagne. This cocktail contains: 1 oz. Ketel One Citroen Vodka, 1/4 oz. Elderflower Liqueur, fill with Champagne.

you have THAT much of alcohol behind you, and you want to get sloppy with sparkling wine? and you did approx 350cocktails, and you wont get drunk with cocktails?xD you are a bit weird. but yeah, weird makes you unique.(;

@SAOlover We sorta did, but didn't limit to 2011, just did top cocktails of the past, but it's guest hosted by both Doug and Don as we take a few of Don's favorites from the past and one of mine, then Doug picks one at random that he thinks would taste awesome.

@MC1796 I've never been one for making resolutions on New Years. For a few reasons, I believe every action that I choose should be with expectations to learn, expand and become better at everything I do. I see no reason to announce one thing when I can do many things throughout the year. Especially when it's known that people's New Years resolutions are usually broken within a month, how many people will go to the Gym for the next three weeks and quit? I don't quit.

My favorite chapers cocktail is a French75, simply a tim collins toped up with bubbly. Has some history with is from the french 75mm gun back in the Great War.
