Fallout EXTREME Graphics Overhoul (MUST WATCH)

This is in game testing footage.
Game settings are at the highest possible 1680X1050 AAX8 and many texture replacers up to 400% their default size. With out fraps I get 40-60.

Hardware settings:
E8400 4.0 GHz dual core.
GTS 250 1GB OC @ 14%
4 GB RAM
...

I have spend so much time on this thing I don't think I'm going to finish unless I can get help from somebody that knows DATX and C++ coding. (I'm stuck) : P

The bloom/brightness looking effect is actually the result of multiple effects combined. Mostly the Sun and Sky Directional Lighting which lights the part of the object that is facing the sun, this depends on the time of day, the color of the sun and sky, the position of the sun, etc...amongst other factors. This makes objects have multiple lighting and colors effecting them.

You can just edit the game brightness in the game Settings menu to make it more suitable for you, so stop complaining

I know it looks like it has DX10 HDR but its only a work around, looks better if you ask me.

In my opinion, it looks like there's just too much done for it. I mean, yeah, it's cool to see for like, what, a few minutes, but trying to go through the game like that just doesn't seem my cup of tea. Again, my opinion, not fact.
