The praise "heaped" upon Barwis is, in my opinion "over the top." At that level, all strength coaches are experts in their field. Furthermore, how many national championships did WVU win? nada. RR and Barwis came from the weak "Big East" division. Now, they're playing with the "big boys." Let's see how well they do, BEFORE giving them praise. I didn't see anythin special during the Utah game.

I didn't see anything special in the utes game either. But the man speaks for himself. And, I think the testimonials from NFL guys that come back to train with him speak too. Changing people takes time.

Ohio State fans-Continue to prove that you know nothing about football. If you invested as much energy into learning the game as you did in hating, then people might actually stop and listen to you. Problem is...you get so excited and worked up like the drunk stepdads that you are, you are on constant fail status. You think we give a shit that we had one losing season in the last 30? No, not at all. We know that the program has changed. Your comments are like vapors in the wind.

Whether you agree with his philosophy or not, you don't get to a position in a D1 school by spewing BS and teaching guys methods that don't work. I'm nothing special, never played D1 sports but I've trained in his methods since a motorcycle wreck in 2008. I will tell you that for the average Joe citizen, its one hell of a workout.

@DrewBaye @jvick9006 So...want to explain to us not in the know how this is bullshit? Not wanting to start an arguement, just legit curious. And if you do know, how does this compare to Aaron Wellman's (new S&C coach) program? They seem to be less injury prone now compared to the previous 3 seasons, is that more due to the S&C program or just luck?
