Land Invaders, Part 2 - Life in Cold Blood with Sir David Attenborough - BBC

A study of the evolution and habits of amphibians and reptiles, it is the sixth and last of Attenborough's specialised surveys following his major trilogy that began with Life on Earth.

  • Good to know frogs can take better care of their children than most humans...

  • They are freaky-ass amphibians!

  • Lets leave this discussion be, and enjoy one of the masterpieces by Sir Attenborough. This documentary does not deserve you petty squabbeling.

  • @pavloskollas hush

  • @andrewc2768 Indeed i thought you were trying to highlight the supremacy of Homo Sapien but i still think that killing animals is wrong and cutting down trees wich is their natural enviroment and our primal source of oxygen.!!

  • @pavloskollas I see you repeated my descriptive word, "cool" but unfortunately you seemed to have missed the context and therefore the subtle implication; We seem to be much more concerned about the animals like "Golden Frogs" or "Spotted Owl". You see how these animals have been given names by us that sound pleasing. Are you aware that in Washington, they are shooting "Bard Owls" so they don't kill "Spotted Owls"? You seem to think I was highlighting the supremacy of Homo Sapiens.

  • @andrewc2768 but this is not their natural enviroment this is a hell that we "cool" animals created so that big companies can make a profit.. anyway evolution will take its course if we "cool" ones let it...and don't kill everything on our planet including us..

  • @pavloskollas 99% of all species ever alive on earth are now extinct. If the Golden frog evolves into an animal which is slightly better at survival, why should we try to preserve a less viable version? Won't we eventually be propping up thousands of animal varieties that cannot survive in their natural environment without our intervention? Then we can just turn the world into a big Zoo, where we separate and micromanage all life. But we will just keep the cool animals, not bugs and such.

  • save the golden frog....!!!!!

    and ALL the andangered species....!!!!
