I loved this one is but I also found the sexual harassment one where the creepy guy is bothering the cashier sooo funny too. I always like the cheesy training videos!

As far as the E-learning goes, If you miss a question on one of the tests you can hit backspace and go back to the start and the questions are in the same order, By the way FUCK THE BLUE CREW!

LMAO!! Hilarious, I just did my training today...and Sears employee training is the absolute worst training that I have ever received. All training is done on a computer, and there is absolutely no training on how to operate a cash register. I was hired for Appliances and after I was done with the computer training my manager tells me to go out onto the sales floor. I go out there and nobody is around to show me what to do, the employees were rude, and my manager was busy. Hated it! Bye Sears!

LOL We don't even have a sexual harrassment training video at sears canada, that I've seen. We do have similar videos about chemical safety (WHMIS)etc. Although we don't work with them.. So I guess the company feels in Canada we're more likely to poison someone then sexually harass them.

Ugh, no kidding. These training videos were just ridiculous. It's all no brainer shit and then when you get out on the floor you're like "And how do I run the damn register again?" because so much of the training is on sexual harassment and compliance shit....ugh!
