@pesi999 My friend pesi the engine is 1.800cc and not 1.700cc. Go to RS200 wikipedia and look. Power came from a 1.8 litre, single turbocharged Ford/Cosworth "BDT" engine producing 250 horsepower (190 kW)

@Lalakis696 The RS 200 came orginal with a 1.7 liter engines. Ford made 200 engines and put some of them in MK3 Escorts with rear drive. But the Escort had no 4*4 so the plan was cancel. Then Ford desided to build a bran new car, RS 200. The rest is history :) (sorry for my poor English)

Ford RS 200 isn't 2.4 or 2 liter. The original RS 200 is 1.8 liter and made by cosworth.

@zidumar the rs200 does 0-60 in 3.07 with a 2.4 liter engine and the f1 does 4.2 with a 6 liter engine that alone says this car is a legend and one of the greatest fords ever made .
