An assistance exercise targeting the Triceps. The bands are used opposed to weight as they apply constant pressure to the strength curve, increasing bar weight at the top end of the movement as they stretch.

  • elbows close man. Ure not doing aynthing.

  • LOL.. Does that look like a face thats doing nothing?? This hits the tricep at the bottom end around the elbow similar to a Tate Press.
