@Negative365 No: this is for an Apple II, in 1980. This remake is from 1987, and it's 100% faithful to the original, except the speed.

@Modighen over 9000 points damage = epic pwnage, almost 1/2 falcon punch performed by chuck norris.

if i had been mondain, i would just have escaped with the time machine or destroyed it - leaving the avatar stranded on the edge of time forever.

I think I know why I couldn't finish the game. I didn't have enough hit points to grab the gem and survive.
