@CircaRigeI - having heard some of the stories of things that have happened to you, and you came out on top, I have no doubts that you will be victorious over this situation too. :o) weather you're ready for this 200 mile run or not, doesn't matter. You seem to have an overcoming attitude that a lot of us don't have. I hope you have fun on your next run. I'm looking forward to the video on it if you do it.

So sorry to hear of your accident! I hope you are healing well - what an amazing video - it takes courage for you to do what you do :)

I would love to ride this with you.
so sad to hear about your recent accident last thursday.
I hope you are not too hurt and will recover soon.
I know you can't afford a new bike yet but at least YOU are safe.
Whenever I have a near miss, you are always in my thoughts dear Belinda :)
love Julia.x.

@anmoose Yeah. Didn't want people to get bored with a 10 minute video, but the banking on the hairpins still gives a true sense of the speed. Broke myself at the end of September. Just a couple of ribs and a torn deltoid. All healed now. I didn't bother replacing the car. I've done fine with the bicycle, even in snow. I plead the 5th on my speed! hehe
Wow!! Everything looks so beautiful!

@grandplans Thanks! And thanks for your donation! Just got my new bicycle yesterday- custom titanium Moots that a friend helped me get after my other new bike was destroyed in the hit & run. I'm still recovering from injuries, but couldn't wait to go for a ride, in spite of foul weather. Now I have 3.5 weeks to get ready for a 200 mile event over 8 mountain passes. Can I do it? I don't know. I'm going to try, though!

@pdutube hehe. I freely admit to being an adrenaline junkie when it comes to riding my bicycle!

This was obviously sped up, but still, you were bookin' it down that mountain, and passing everything in sight. What speeds were you clocking?
You managed to break yourself again? This time in a car? Hope it wasn't anything major.

@anmoose And I'm broken yet again now, and my bicycle is destroyed. Hit & Run, bicycle vs. SUV. The person responsible hasn't been apprehended, while I'm home bound, recovering from injuries, with my only source of transportation, my bicycle, in pieces.
