Youmanitas aims to establish globally recognized companies apprenticeship, whereby young people educate their self-sufficiency is increased and the distance to employment or training required for them is reduced.
Youmanitas targets at the youth voluntary work because of a mental or physical limit a work unrestricted.

The curriculum and the business model is adapted to the local needs and possible future trade. Funding takes place through individual learning finance or social treasury funding programs. Net assets are reinvested in new business apprenticeship or other social projects of the foundation.

New projects are using standard tools SROI-tested mission objectives and the calculated expected success of the program. Programming (curriculum training), monitoring and certification will take place in close cooperation with recognized educational institutions under the supervision of national education bodies
