out of all the club layouts I have seen here on the tube, This is the one I would want ta run my trains on..It is just to bad there are no clubs in my state....It would be nice ta see the track layout of this club and info on it's size....SUPERB VID, And one the the few I do like.....

Maybe done isn't the right word. How about, finished. Once it's finished then you can add to it or start over.
Space is tough when you don't have a basement. Here in Florida, extra space is at a premium.

A lay-out is never done. You can always add more to it.

I wasn't a member back then, but I used to go every year as well. We had our first open house this past winter and we will be having one again the first 2 weeks of December this year.
