ECR Medical Trip to Dalat, Vietnam in 2008.
ECR (Enhanced Classroom Resources)was organized in July, 1989, for the express purpose of providing timely, practical humanitarian aid in Vietnam and among the Vietnamese people in Southeast Asia.
From the beginning, the goal of ECR has been to meet real need with real help, and to involve others in this effort.
