The story of Abu Lahab: Surah Massad

This is an in-depth look at the miracle of a surah that most of us might recite in our salahs.

I used tafseer ibn Kathir to do most of the research and about 3 articles from the net.

If there are any mistakes, then they are from me, and the all the good there may be is from Allah(swt).

Bismillah...the way you phrased this opinion, "but what if abu lahab did ever change his religion to islam, this would show the falsehood in the message of the Quran, since the surah was already revealed" does not sound right. Subhanallah Allah knows best. He knows what you do not. So even if it was written before, Allah revealed it to show how arrogant and ignorant a man he was that even through 10 years he would not change. According to the Quran he and his wife ARE in Hell, Allah knows best.

he was lucky enuff to be apart of the propthet but to go against

what a mistake i wish i was living at those times none of this haram
