  • Convincing the other groups of the soundness of these ideas is an important step toward gaining more support. You can't have them listen to you if you don't invite em to the club. Stop being such a close-out. Its the reason governments presently in a stalemate as it is. Enlighten and educate.

  • You're wrong. It's not only wise, it's necessary. John Stossel was a Liberal 20 years ago and people like you would be keeping him out of the movement. He's done more than you have and for no other reason than past affiliations you'd keep him out. Sorry but this isn't the frikken Glee Club. If you want Highschool cliques then go right ahead, and take that attitude with you.

You obviously don't understand what the r3VOLution is about. It's about individual liberty, not group think.

  • @b2tama lol So... we can look to you to steal it. Gotcha, duly noted.

  • We need more faithful Americans to be self-governed and OBEY GOD! Then, THEN they/we need to hold these elected PUBLIC SERVANTS ACCOUNTABLE!

Let's restore the usefulness of CONGRESS! For today they are all but redundant to the huge executive branch power grab of the BooSH ChainYe admin. That's right its NOT about red v blue. ITS ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION!

  • Principle never put food on the table. Good luck with that.

  • Wow! You were caught in a trap dude.

"And why would I reject stossel? He's pro-liberty now."

No shit. That was his point. Why chase people out if they're working towards liberty? That's exactly what YOU are doing. If you actually listened to the entire video you'd know that MB has been following RP for a long time now. If you'd actually listened to the video you'd know that SHE invited HIM.

Basically, you're rejecting John Stossel because he wasn't ALWAYS pro-liberty.

  • I never said it was about groupthink, but Michelle Bachmann is hardly what I'd call an "advocate for liberty" like Ron Paul is. I mean, the best we could do is pair up Paul with Bachmann?? Out of all the OTHER liberty speakers they could've invited to U of MN? Individual liberty is exactly why I'm leery about teaming up with people who are staunchly opposed to so many parts of our agenda and potentially weakening our own movement. And why would I reject stossel? He's pro-liberty now.

  • Doesn't seem wise for you guys to have partnered up with so many conservative/Republican groups, now does it? If the liberty movements want to be taken seriously, it has to get its own libertarian speakers and be serious, not rely on cooperation with conservatives on economic issues and liberals on social issues just b/c we're too "weak" to get off the ground.
