It’s what can only be a big shocker in 21 century India that boasts of aspiring to be the next world super power, 150 tribal girls of Shahdol District of Madhya Pradesh, about 600 kms from Bhopal, had to go through humiliating virginity tests to qualify for mass marriage organised by the state govt itself under the 'Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojna’ -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s pet scheme aimed to help girls from poor families tie the knot at government expense.
