We've learned Dr. Arnold Klein once took Michael Jackson to the office next door to his -- run by a gynecologist specializing in vaginal rejuvenation -- to perform a minor acne treatment on the singer under full anesthesia.

We spoke with Dr. Harvey Richmond who told us ... around 2003, Dr. Klein asked him if he could use Richmond's surgery center in his office to perform a procedure on Jackson.

Dr. Richmond says, per Klein's request, he got an anesthesiologist and a scrub tech who worked on Jackson.

Dr. Richmond says he found it "odd" that Dr. Klein performed "some sort of acne treatment" with full anesthesia. Dr. Richmond says he believes the anesthesia used was Propofol, the same drug that may have killed Jackson.

Dr. Richmond says the 2003 procedure was the only time Dr. Klein used his office for Jackson.

And there's this -- Dr. Richmond says Jackson stiffed him on the bill, eventually only paying half after Richmond threatened to take the singer to Beverly Hills small claims court.

Klein did not initiate the plastic surgery on MJ's nose. It was started / continued by some unscrupulous plastic surgeons. Klein intervened when MJ's nose was so messed up and helped MJ rebuild his nose in recent years. That is why MJ's nose had became bigger more presentable in the last 3-5 years.

MJ is a classic example of BDD (body dysmorphic disorder), and it is almost impossible to convince this kind of ct. that their body part was "normal".

This is not about Michael's nose but about Klein's involvement in applying dangerous drugs to Michael.

This alone does not release Klein from what he has been doing for more than 20 years. The guy is at the center of the mess.

Debbie Rowe was employed by Klein and a part of his scheme when Michael was drugged. The entire plot was Klein's and Debbie played her part and got paid when Michael gave her $8.5 million.

Debbie had received a huge payout that the mastermind behind all this mess had not received. Klein believed he could acquire it by wining and dining the children until they became adults at which time they would seek his counsel and provide him with access to Michael's fortunes.

Shameful that mass media lied for so many years about Jackson being broke. Michael indicated it was a lie with the intent of destroying him.

Legally, Klein could not attain parental rights to the children but he wanted the same type of connection to them as he had with Michael. He feels confident he could swindle them when they became adults, so long as he maintained an inroad in their lives right now. This would mean he would have a chance at millions of dollars someday from the children.

I've always said that if you must be a healthcare consumer, don't be surprised it you end up like Michael. LOL. Let the guy go back to his drug dealing. Oops, sorry, I mean practicing medicine. What connection does Michaels children, Klein, and the mother have? Was there any motive for the doctor to murder Michael to assume parental responsibilites to the children?

Kind words do not expel the conniving nature of Klein with his circle of friends in invitro fertilization clinic, and pharmacies. Your professor was an enabler. Some people have two faces, one of the benevolent saint and the other of a vicious devil. This is Klein and is why he is now one of the suspects in the death of Jackson. I understand why you defend him because of your relationship to him. I also understand your juvenile comment about Africa. There's a history behind such.
