I really really dig this song Orianthi is very talented.. when i heard this , the guitar progression reminded me of something i had done before so i slightly changed a chord to fit it better, i in no way claim i play it right.. this is all by ear so i dont know the intro yet so i just played around and in the solo i know she is in this area of the fret board but she taps im not very good at that yet so i just riffed around the melody!! if anyone has any advise please comment and any rude or disrespectfull comments will be terminated so dont bother!! :0) regardless check out my other videos and or my bands website www.myspace.com/wolfcreak thanks and rock on!!!

The tuning is drop d standard, thanks for constructive comments, when I met orianthi in december of 2010 I asked the chords and in this video I'm improvising the intro (just to work on my ear) and the chords I have right up to the bridge!! She showed me how I just haven't re done a vid! Again thanks for constructive comments!! Rock on!!

that is the best effort on this song ive heard what notes are in the scale i cant figure it out and your playing to fast to see

@liam8556 Thank you for the comment!! i rarely get any on my other vids..im mainly a rythm guitar player for my band, i did this by ear, so exactly what scale im not certain but i do know n believe its a penatonic scale. .. in the intro i try to follow my instincts on what flows with the verse.. I met orianthi recently at an acoustic show and she showed my how to play it, on rythm, im accurate, solo.she is just amazing so i know im way off but i do my best! if you can check out my other vids!
