We were lucky enough to be invited out on Royal Caribbean's new Oasis of the Seas during its inaugural cruise week out of Fort Lauderdale. Paid cruises begin in December, and let us tell you, it will be worth it. The largest cruise ship ever launched (at least so far), Oasis weighs 225,282 gross tons, is 1,187 feet long, carries 16 passenger decks (with a capacity of 6,000 guests), and contains every amenity that a guest would want. There are numerous bars, 24 restaurants, seven neighborhoods (one containing a jungle of trees), a miniature golf course, two rock-climbing walls, several theaters for water, ice, and stage shows, and a boogie-board wave-maker. This video has Shirley exploring and showing us around the many decks and sights of this magnificent new cruise ship.
@Pichu1996 It was a cruise for certified travel agents mainly. If you are a travel Agent you could go onboard and bring your family as well. But oviously people who own various travel/cruise companys were invited as well. My dad is a travel agent and he was invited. Unfortunately he couldn't be away that weekend though.

I have a question that is really killing me! I have no idea what you guys did or how did you get invited or whatever to go on the cruise! I wanted to go really bad but my family can't afford it but how exactly did you make it on board? How did you "get invited"? Did you enter a contest? If yes, where was the contest held and stuff?
