@SuperSneakySteve Who knows. Shotokan is NOT non-contact, but limited contact art. Injuries, KO's etc, happen. This is why I was vehemently opposed to knuckle protectors, it gives people a false sense of security. It's a risk one takes at this level of competition. It is also not necessarily how hard you strike, but where, and Kime. Did you notice which technique KO'd him the first time you watched? I'm now under ISKF, but notice little difference. It is nothing new.
