The c.w.u union have signed up to a deal which will see jobs be lost and anyone who is left are going to have worse terms and conditions of employment..It's a sick joke?

@1:00 Their lack of correct RM issue uniform seems to also reflect appropriately with their slacker attitudes towards their duty to the customer. Morons.. Personally sick of the RM, fed up of damaged ebay parcels, failure of my Mail Collect, mis/late deliveries, missing items, abundance of incompetence beyond belief. FAIL!

Bring me my damn mail or quit the job you all seem to hate and let other people who are looking for work do a PROPER job of it. Its time Royal Mails management took a hold of all of those who strike, get customers over the country to fill complaint forms about unreliable behaviour etc of the post men, and sack them for non performance. Then employ people who are not lazy money grabbers to do it in an efficient way.
Postmen & women are all me me me! well bring me me me my mail and il be happy.

Well guys, once management gets mail sorting converted to automation, they wil use it as a lever to destroy your union. Here in the USA, our union folded like a cheap Chinese import. Of course, they were so corrupt they were essentially irrelevent. Better luck to you...........and may Marvin Runion rot in hell.

I don't think Royal Mail have heard that most people have email now and that postal mail has dropped 30% since 1990. I think the best way forward is to make it private and ban the unions and therefore you won't get this every time.
