I would recommend that you choose better tyres & tubes and use PROPER INSTALLATION techniques . this will reduce dramatically punctures .

I have had 2 flats in 7 or 8 years. with my system .im cycling around 12,000Km a year = 7456 USA Miles .

The video as video is ok & is nice to see pro triathlete talking about the theme...I enjoyed, but isn't for people who really want to learn or refresh the memory in "How to change a tire"...like me. Thanks.
