So73 - Zoom ST-224 SampleTrak - MRT-3 Micro RhythmTrak - PS04 Palmtop Studio

Okay, this one is a little different than the others. It is more trip-hop or IDM although it actually is still mostly guitars!!! It was recorded using my Reverend Warhawk & my Squier Jazz Bass with my VOX AmPlug AC30 & Bass direct into my Zoom SampleTrak ST-224 sampler. All effects and sequencing are from the ST-224... no computer was used to make this track! The drums are originally from my Zoom MRT3 Micro RhythmTrak and I recorded the final mix into my Zoom PS-04 Palmtop Studio Multitrack Digital 4-Track Recorder. The video is just random shots I took around the house this morning from my Canon PowerShot S3 IS and was imported into iMovie HD on my MacBook for editing. Hope you enjoy it!

@HTwenty1 Hi and thanks for the question. No this song predates AMM. I just played some guitar, bass, and drum machine parts directly into the Zoom, effected them, and made the tune. Thanks again! :)

this is an awesome track. i just got a zoom and am trying to learn how to use it. how did you make the sounds that come in at 43secs into the song?

@j0eblack13 Thanks! That sound as well as the rest are basically guitar and bass played though amplugs direct into the sampletrak. I then used the on board effects to manipulate the sounds adding delay, compression, downsampling etc. That particular sound I believe is just a guitar riff with the sample reversed. Good luck with the ST-224 its an amazing machine!!!
