Do them slowly, don't just drop. I've always been doing deadhangs, and with that technique i've been fine.

@jajajah86 Keep a slight elbow bend to protect the joints and add weight progessively. Also, consider using Fatgrips or something similar for an added grip challenge.

@jajajah86 dead hanging is perfect, and it doesnt put stress on shoulders imo...but i guess that some point it becomes too easy to be effecive

What about dead hanging? Some say it is a good forearm workout but it puts too much stress on the shoulder joints. Tell me your opinions.
