  • is it just me or does this guy make it look to easy?

  • What about dead hanging? Some say it is a good forearm workout but it puts too much stress on the shoulder joints. Tell me your opinions.

    Do them slowly, don't just drop. I've always been doing deadhangs, and with that technique i've been fine.

  • @jajajah86 Keep a slight elbow bend to protect the joints and add weight progessively. Also, consider using Fatgrips or something similar for an added grip challenge.

  • @KnockCZ These days I hang with my arms flexed and this way the muscles hold my body weight not only my joints...

  • @jajajah86 dead hanging is perfect, and it doesnt put stress on shoulders imo...but i guess that some point it becomes too easy to be effecive
