@steampunkstan Ah, I wasn't wrong about it being changed. I always thought it was funny how non-english people I knew disliked the name of "that stalker with the wierd name". When I read the part about the lazarus brigade beiung named after birds I guessed that a grike was a kinbd of bird (didn't look it up though), so that shows you what not doing research can lead you to...

@th3vampan3z3l0rd It was changed to Grike solely for the USA. No one is quite sure why, as Fever Crumb states that all of that batch of the Lazarus Brigade are named after predatory birds, so Shrike (also commonly known as a butcher bird) is fairly appropriate. A grike, however, is a feature of limestone pavements, and is not appropriate.
