The Destruction of NASA

Although the shuttle is a great achivement for mankind it was not the best replacement for the appolo program i just those in power could not devert moneies from the space program to military.

If that being said NASA could allow its allies in to help fund and share in the science etc that i think would be a benefit for all

You can't even differentiate between "their" and "there." Maybe if you were just a tiny bit more educated, someone might take you seriously, but with blather like this, I strogly doubt it. We don't have the ability to teleport anywhere, unless the material we're made of exists elsewhere. Even with that, we're only able to "teleport" a few atoms at a time a few inches.

Within the system that's true. But capital investment into the program, and the technological spin offs that would ensue pay for itself, but more importantly technologically. It's not too debt burdened beyond repair, so much as it's being destructed, privatized and outsourced by the Obama administration purposely . As opposed to the govt standing up to Wall Street. Not so true. Look at Richard Branson.

He is operating space tourism to near Earth orbit through his Virgin Galactic program at $200,000 a go.

Of course, his space torism business is not as sophisticated as the Shuttle program, but private enterprize must make a go at it sometime, and UK's Richard Branson is doing it.
