Portal 2 Homemade Weighted Companion Cube Sub Test 1

Sorry to all for the long wait for this quick vid, I originally recorded this on my phone but it sounded pretty bad so with my GoPro HD back now it did a reasonable job. Working on a riser to lift the cube off the ground a bit which will tighten up those low Hz frequencies and the masking tape and door open are products of me tinkering with the led arrays - coming along nicely with an arduino Mega

@rontheginger In Australia go to bunnings, trade tools and jaycar, for America I guess thats Wallmart or Costco? not sure for electronics stuff and tool shops in USA

As for how mate I'm still working on the lighting and a riser while working 6 days a wk, it could be a while

@bruzwa i dont care about time i just want to know how to wire it and stuff.and im in canada. better then america. but i have a few questions. what kind of would did you use.what size of subwoofer.where did you get those LED STRIPS where did you get the pink perspex.if you could answer it would help me because i want one of my own

@rontheginger all (well 98%) sub boxes are made from MDF, you can use any sub and amp- just calculate the air volumes and tune the port accordingly, perspex.. you will have to search the net for your local suppliers, led strips are hand made by myself to suit 12vdc, you can see them in the first video.
