Actually the song is about a Nashville record executive named Tony Brown. Ragweed was recording "This Time Around" in Austin and Brown said to send it to him when they were finished so he could master it. When they got it back they found he had replaced everyone in the band with nashville session musicians and just left Cody's vocals. So this and "Record Exec" is Cody's big FUCK YOU!! to Tony Brown...that's how they roll.
