  • You could have chosen a better drum track than the one you used. Not very good, and not even in tempo. But you made your point.

  • @HEADBANGBALLER That's right! It's not very good. I have programmed this beat quickly with my MPC 4000. It's in tempo, but with a"swing" in it. The next time, i do it better with real drums for a good track.

  • @audionautix Exact! Al i need is a tape maschine for less da conversation. You can do this in your

    daw, but truncation, phasing, plugin latency could be a real problem!

  • @jeromelester8 Yeah, I guess "tempo" was the wrong choice of words. Instead of a " one-and-a-two-and-a-three..." it was kind of between the two beats, very odd. But , yes, a more traditional beat would serve you better for the sake of the demo. Nice machine too. I have never used the Soundcraft brand before, but it appears to have all the goodies needed for mixing and recording.
