Thaalaattu is beyond all language barriers truely.. I sang this to a very unrest baby unable to fall asleep in a long flight between east coast and west coast in US.. The baby fell asleep within 5 minutes like an angel ...I learnt this from listening to Jayashree in Youtube, when I was blessed with my granson 4 years ago.. always a success when it comes to quieting babies - even when they ar 6 years old-- Thanks Jayashree.. God bless you for your wonderful voice and service...

This song is definitely not Neelambari. Doesn't sound like Chethimantharam.
Not sure about Punnaga varali. Any music expert visiting this page, please comment.
