Growing up in the Caribbean I remember the Land Rover Defender and the Safari where the best vehicles to go off road with. Also the Mercedes G-wagon. I remember the police forced used the Defender and the Safari was used mostly by the coffee farmers to climb the mountainous terrain. I remember also seeing a Defender that was capable to run as a generator. These vehicles where not used for luxury other than the Range Rover. They were considered the idea work horse.

@shadow2108 Yea i agree we have about 120000 miles on our land rover and we cant ever get the service engine soon button off but weve drove it like that for about 20000+ miles

I dont know if its just the US branding but here in Europe we have the big Range Rover and then the smaller Range Rover Sport. The last Land Rover presented in the video is not the big one but the smaller Sport version. Its not at all as capable as the real Range Rover and is actually based on the Discovery 3 platform.
