Nearly 1200 clients seen at Delco on 12/3 in five hour clinic. Nine nurses stations (each with two nurses) set up in three "pods" administering four different types of H1N1 flu vaccine. Pods are designated with "runners" responsible for getting supplies to nurse stations. Each station is designated with one "vaccinator assistant" responsible for monitorying cooler temps, vaccine inventory and general support to the nurses. This was an appointment only clinic (the first implementation of this business model). Panning from left to right you see the command post, data entry tables, supply/inventory tables, nursing stations, and the bleacher area where clients fill out VIS forms and below the bleachers the entrance to the clinic via the Client Assignment Coordinator.
