South Korean Police Force attacks unarmed citizen

Unarmed citizen at peaceful candle parade were brutally beaten by the Police Force in Seoul, South Korea.

shoutaway, you are wrong. I am Korean and this whole riot situation began because the riot used violence against the police force first. You got it backwards. What his video doesn't show is such violence the riot used on the police force, which gave the police no choice but to fight back

The reason why the protesters got angry was that the police used several water cannons directly to civilians just for the dismissal.

2) How are they "unarmed" when theyre using sticks and shovels (and much more)?

3) The police will try to disperse you when you demostrate without the permit, because illegal demonstrations like this causes massively disorder like trafic chaoe

When I was in Korea during this time, I would ride in taxis and the drivers wil tell me how much these demonstrations are contributing to traffic chaos.

If you act in a way that harms the good of the REAL majority (people who knows that these demonstrations are mainly caused by demogaguery) and creates choas and makes people's daily lives harder, you will be told to go away by the police and when you dont comply and fight back using weapons, they will hit you back.

if this is what is meant by freedom, then freedom equates violence and contributes nothing to a nation but chaos and economic ruin. peaceful demo people. if the police use force to disperse you, retreat and regroup. fighting back only chance some innocent people getting seriously wounded, or in some cases, death - which is not the intend of the demo.

America has had its fair share of riots but what concerns me about South Korea is their neighbors to the north. This chaos only weakens them. Their thirst for competition and unified activities works against them when it takes the form of rioting. It's too bad they don't focus that anger at the dictator staving their kin to death in N. Korea.
