Pepper AKC Trial HT Leg 2

Leg 2 of 2 at the HT (Herding Test) level. Again, it's pass/fail (qualify or no qualified) and she again passed with flying colors, which means she earned her title in HT. Next level is PT (Pre-Trial). Neither HT nor PT are required to move to the first trial level, called Started, but it's great practice, both for the handler and the dog. Considering it was my first trial ever, and I don't exactly have nerves of steel, I wouldn't have dreamed of skipping this level.

Thanks for posting these AKC trial videos. I have not been in a trial or a competition with my dog yet. This is gives me an idea of where I need to be with my dog when I practice sheep herding.
