This is definitely Gene. The give away is this song tittle did appear on sonic boom. The only thing that makes it sound like AC/DC is this song is only a couple of cords which is very AC/DC like, example TNT and Dirty Deeds. However, this is definitely not Bon or Brian. Also dose not sound like Phil Rudd on Drums.

A dead giveaway (NO PUN INTENDED): This is an Eric Carr-stylized drum loop here. The song was meant for Asylum but was never finished. Gene's been using his old material for years. Sometimes it takes longer to finish certain things or make it ready for release. Prine example: It's My Life. Search for it. And those of you saying it's AC/DC, grow ears, then grow brains. I've had a copy of this demo for nearly 20 years. It's Gene.
