@MAYORofDEBONAIR A valiant effort, good sir. You got the album correct, but it's actually a sample from the track "Stiletto." Perhaps you are thinking of the music video of "My Life", where the opening of "Stiletto" is played as a prelude.

I love the fact music has no age group. I still listen to this and find the story amazing. Kool G rap is still one of the best top 10 rappers on my list. This is my favorite song by him.

People love to talk about who is or who aren't a gangster rapper. They also like to talk about gangsters are only people that have been incarcerated and have committed murders, etc, etc. The thing is, NONE of us know what any of these rappers have or haven't done! So, save the " I know what I'm talking about" malarkey because you don't know!

You people need to know the differences between a gangster and a rapper. A rapper is a person that talks a lot and gets paid for talking, but doesn't usually hold a gun. A gangster is a person who has a gun, kills people and spends most of his adult life in jail. They ain't the same shit no matter what anybody say.
