Otis Escalators at the South Carolina State Capitol

Riding the escalators at the famous State House in Columbia, SC. These escalators go from the parking garage to the main level. You will be able to see the inspection certificate for each of the escalators on the top and the bottom of the bank (I don't know which is which). The parking garage is restricted to State House employees only, and you have to show a badge and go through medal detectors (across from escalators) to get to it.

No, there are no escalators in the Texas State Capitol, but if they had any, they would be in the Underground Annex, serving floors E2 & E1.
