  • Thank you soo much for placing this on here. This is a musical classic, and I love it.

  • @wendygrett You're welcome.

  • I don't remember ever hearing the name of the band when this song was played. Thanks for posting this wonderful song! Some of the older songs seem to get buried forever...

  • @joel1239871 You're welcome.

  • I remember this like it was yesterday. I was skiing on Grouse and Seymour...just before Christmas '72 and this one of the brand new songs for '73. I had one dollar. (Remember the CDN $1. bill???) After buying hot chocolate at the lodge for me and my g/f apres ski, I had to make sure I had 20 cents left: 10 to play this song 3 times for her...and 10 to call my dad to come and pick us up.

  • @MrEODTEK Great story!

  • my sister love of her love died in a jail fire in and died of fused ........thank you for making this song a tribute to him

  • I've been checking out some of the music from the 70's. Many people think the 70's was all about disco, but there were ballads, love songs and cool music (think "Green Eyed Lady" and "Long, Cool Woman"). I grew up listening to these songs. While there were many one-hit-wonders, many of the songs are still classics in their own right. I still get flashbacks to certain times and specific incidents when I hear some of the songs from back then. Wish I knew then what I know now...
