this is really good advice, i've been trying for the splits for bout 4 weeks now and just cant get that bit extra, but this helped so, thanks :))x

@AmbersDanz I actually stretched to do the splits everyday for three weeks before and then i couldnt get down at all... now i am doing these stretches every night and ive been doing them for a weeek now and there is a deffinate difference, but i have pulled a muscle in my leg and i was just worried because it usually takes my legs about a week until they get better and im afraid my flexibility already with the splits might decrease... got any advice for me please? x :)

@LuLu3193 hiyaa :) well first im glad these help :) if youv pulled a muscle theres not much really u can do, i wouldnt say your flexibility would get worse just under a week, all really there is to say is when your muscle is better do it again but gradually. make sure you warm up before u stretch for at least 5-10 minutes and this will prevent pulling a muscle <3
