Strange as it may seem not all universities and colleges have actual rules with teeth in(consequences) them about sexual relationships with students. In fact until the feminist project made a case against the power inequity in this sort of exchange, too many male professors thought of it as one of the "perks" of their careers, tenuous without tenure, often low paying work,,,some thought why not? It is all about power! Broach the topic with the EOE officer, or the director of Women's Studies.

Fraternize is the word you were looking for Diva. No fraternization policies are a big deal at a lot of work places, and student-teacher relationships are a NO NO at ANY INSTITUTION. He is out of line! And I don't think this was his first time trying to date a student cuz he was just forthcoming with his feelings.

Hey Girl, I accidentally clicked onto ur video and watched a few,, luved it, luved it, ur so natural in front of the camera. Anyway I was wondering if ur girl had been giving the professor the wrong message, as women we use what we have to benefit ourselves. There is a big age gap but there are girld in their 20's that love older mnature men, they are already established and financially secure (not that I am condoning his actions). She needs to nip it in the bud before it goes too far....

Yea, I think she should be straight forward and tell him how she feels. If possible tranfer out of his classes, indeed keep a copy of the e-mail in case of trouble.
