I dnt have a cd for mines and i have an xp and i tryed following the vista way and it said it failed and try to call pelican customer support.. i got this from my friend and he didnt have the cd cuz he lost it...wat shuld i do

Thanks! I picked one up for $3 with no disk and it apparently didn't have the correct power supply. Does it matter what power supply you use?
