Not Perfect - Tim Minchin's song with 2 added verses

WITH THANKS (AND APOLOGIES) TO TIM MINCHIN:

This is a casual video of my rendition of Tim's song, "NOT PERFECT". It's quite different, because 1: I don't play it properly, I'm sure, and 2: because I swapped a couple of his verses out for a couple of new ones, added to make the song more personal when I sing it... I've added a verse for "my city" and for "my town". Anyone watching who has spent a little time where I'm from will likely recognize at least the city well enough. :-)

I recorded this iPhone video on my front porch in November 2010 and didn't originally intend to share it. I'd just been testing the video quality of the iPhone 4, but then I thought, what the heck, I've only my reputation to wreck, so why not?

Because it's a front porch thing, a number of cool extras show up audibly or peripherally along the way, including cars, wind chimes, my neighbors across the way and one of the kids next door, watching from his yard... So, yeah, it's definitely not perfect, but that indian summer afternoon, it was fine.
