I also prefer bream's playing but keep in mind that this transcription is much "bigger" than bream's, with much more content. I personally prefer this transcription as it has more of bach's intention in it.

Yes, Bream plays it in 5:24 elsewhere but the artist has the right to bring his own emotion to the piece, yes?

if you played it for years you werent practacing it correctly, theres no reason to not be able to master this 100% on any instrument in at the most 1 year, especially if you already know how to play your instrument, and no, tabs do not count, thats just pure lazieness unless you play something like a theorba
