survivorman sits in a canoe and talks to himself.
Other than the fact that les stroud is canadian, I think it's clear that bear grylls is better and has a more entertaining show because he demonstrates many situations performed by himself regardless of the fact that he has a camera crew

Survivorman shows that it is really REALLY easy to survive in the wild since he has the time and energy to plant a camera, go back 50 meters so he can tape himself walking towards the camera, pick up the camera and walk away. Repeat this for 1 week and you got survivorman.

Yes, he has a crew with him. Everything you see on TV is scripted. It dosen´t matter if Bear sleeps in a Hotel every night when they are filming because he just show people what they CAN do. Bear Grylls is the best! Much more interesting to watch.

ooh i thought those animals were handed to him by the crew, catching rabbits and birds in shoelaces wouldn't be easy. But i must admit i find it more entertaining watching someone jump in bogs, frozen lakes, paragliding, seems more adventurous. But then i've only seen two survivorman episodes so we'll see how he goes. If it were based on race alone i would choose Canadian over pom any time.
