  • thanx, good review ! i hink getting the pedal soon...

  • Watched your tube page good stuff. A delay is for sure a cool addition to any guitarsenal and it is very diverse in the things you can make it do. A little imagination will go far. Have fun I'll be checking you out now and again.

  • For all intents and purposes it's forever. I doubt you're going to be playing a song and want to repeat a note for two minutes. Of course it will end eventually, but it will last a hell of a long time.

  • where was the tip of the week?

  • This pedal is a pretty nice Digital Delay, especially for the money. My only complaint is that it eats through batteries like crazy.

  • "the most important thing about a pedal is to make sure it's on when you want to use it" No shit Sherlock! Jesus has this guy got a degree in stating the bleeding obvious or what!

  • @achmedda3rd I just exchange my carbon copy for the digital, way better for me. Hope you like the carbon copy.

  • getting the carbon copy mxr for christmasssssssss so happy!

  • @GuitarBlues3 It's because most delays are trying to emulate the sound of a tape delay, where the delay time was determined by the speed of the tape running through the device. Hence, changing the delay time changes the "tape speed" and causes those pitch effects.

  • thanks

  • ... but what does hold do?!?!?!

  • @stormer472 Not really, on certain settings it may approximate a crappy reverb. However, if you had a more extensive delay pedal than the dd3, you may be able to get better results. Like the dd-7 with a modulation setting may sound more like reverb.

  • "And when the effect is on, the pedal goes on" Hahahah! :D Well good review further...
